 inked a distribution deal with Entertainment One Music (eOne), the label enterprise spearheaded by Marcus Taylor, Director of Operations at Ashro Music & Media, LLC announced today, June 26, 2013.
The first project slated for release under the new deal will be legendary Grammy®, Dove and Stellar Award nominated artist Lemmie Battles. Entitled TESTIFY, the late summer 2013 project is a collection of fiery testimonies delivered by song designed to showcase Battles' long revered alto over an assembly of breathtaking gospel arrangements.

This new venture serves as the latest extension of the ever-evolving Ashro brand, a moniker that consumers have long known and trusted since its inception. Incipiently stamping its name as a fashion brand designed to cater to the unique needs of African American women, 2009 saw Ashro expand to encompass music in its umbrella of offerings to match and appeal to its Afro-centric audience.

Atlanta, GA -- Newly signed Tyscot Recording Artist, Marica Chisolm, was crowned the grand prize winner of the 2013 JoyFest-Kings Dominion Talent Competition and will give the opening performance at Joyfest on Sat. July 20th at Kings Dominion Amusement Park in Richmond, VA. She will share the stage with Stellar Award winner, Isaac Carree, and Grammy Award winners Kirk Franklin and Lecrae. After two (2) rounds of highly aggressive voting by the general public and a panel of Gospel Music industry professionals, Chisolm earned this coveted opportunity.

Included with the chance to open for Joyfest, Marica Chisolm will sing tunes from her debut Contemporary Praise & Worship CD, "Simply Worship" (due for national release Fall 2013). The project was recorded live in Atlanta, GA, and is a collection of 11 songs filled with powerful adoration and reverence to God. “Simply Worship” was produced by Trent Phillips (Donnie McClurkin, Bishop Paul S. Veronica, who is of Puerto Rican descent, released her first solo Spanish language album "Atrévete a Soñar" in 2009 where her very own composition, "Dare to Dream" was selected for the Special Olympics.

Veronica Petrucci has ministered along with Marcos Witt and Danilo Montero at Lakewood Church Spanish service and has opened for legendary Latino acts such as El Gran Combo, Willy Chirino and Ismael Miranda.
